ESH Acquisition Corporation is a newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.

It is our intention to focus our search on the global entertainment, sports, and hospitality (“ESH”) sectors. We anticipate targeting companies that will benefit from the current fragmentation in the traditional entertainment and media landscape as well as structural shifts occurring in consumer behavior.

Our primary focus will be companies domiciled in North America, Europe, and/or Asia that are developing assets in Sports/E-Sports, Hospitality, Music, and Entertainment related verticals, which align with our management team’s decades of experience and a proven track record of creating shareholder value across these industries.

As consumer engagement surges in new media, from online gaming to streaming services, the potential for profitable business models has significantly grown.
